and rear outriggers repaired.Both foot wells have been replaced.For the last MOT it had a new webber carburettor fitted and set up by MOT station.It also had a new brake master cylinder fitted.New plastic headlight bowls were fitted, so goodbye tin worm.The only advisory on the MOT was light underside corrosion, but as the vehicle has been stood for a period prior to MOT,this is just surface rust.This is a 37 year old vehicle so as you would expect there are some issues:-The tyres are not those on which it went to MOT and show signs of perishing although have plenty of tread left on themthere is a second set included on rims although these are in a similar condition. (tyres can be picked up off e-bay for a small cost).Bonnet strengtheners are corroded (see photo) Another series 3 bonnet can be included but doesn`t have a wheel carrier on it, it is in redand would require refurb. there is a wheel carrier on the rear door or original bonnet could be welded up. ( the latter would be the best option in my opinion )Springs could do with a good workout, like an easy day on green lanes.Fuel guage does not work.I am really sorry to see this vehicle go as it has served me well, but lack of time and other responsibilities have forced this sale.
